LD Return Policy

At Los Dementes, we stand behind every drop. If something’s not quite right, we got you—within reason.

Returns & Exchanges

• You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags still on, no deodorant marks, no vibes absorbed).

• Final sale items, limited drops, and exclusive presale pieces are non-returnable—once they’re gone, they’re gone for good.

 

How It Works

• Email us at losdementesco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please label “RETURN” in the subject line.

• Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility—we recommend tracking it so nothing gets lost in the void.

• If everything checks out, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or store credit, depending on what you prefer.

Heads Up

• We don’t offer returns for size mistakes on final sale or presale items—please check our size chart carefully before ordering.

• We’re not responsible for return items lost or damaged during transit—ship it back with care.
